Warm congratulations on the successful convening of Huangshi Sait Friction Materials Co., Ltd.’s first-half work summary and cost analysis meeting.

　　At 2:00 p.m. on July 22, 2015, the Huangshi Saiti Mid-Year Work Summary and Cost Analysis Meeting was held in the multi-purpose hall of the Saiti Business School. The company’s General Manager, Xu Bo, along with all 26 members of the management team, attended the meeting. The event was chaired by Liu Jian, Head of the Corporate Management Department. General Manager Xu Bo opened the meeting with a welcoming address, after which he heard work reports for the first half of 2015 from the heads of each center (department). Each leader provided a comprehensive overview of their respective areas of responsibility and the progress made in implementing assigned directives, carefully identified existing issues and shortcomings, clarified their strategic priorities, and outlined plans for the second half of the year. Overall, the centers (departments) demonstrated a rigorous and conscientious work ethic and employed practical, effective approaches to deliver high‑quality results, largely achieving the performance targets set at the beginning of the year. Some department heads also raised concerns regarding employee competency and skills training, and offered well‑reasoned recommendations tailored to the company’s current situation, urging all departments to learn from one another and strive for continuous improvement.

 

 

 

　　After hearing the reports and remarks from all participants, Company General Manager Xu Bo expressed his gratitude for everyone’s hard work over the past six months and commended the achievements attained. He then conducted an in-depth analysis and summary of issues across the various centers (departments), the company’s current situation, and the prevailing macroeconomic environment. The meeting used a PowerPoint presentation to outline the company’s performance in the first half of 2015, providing a comprehensive data-driven review of sales revenue, collections, output value, safety, quality, and costs. It also clearly identified the company’s current cost pressures, market conditions, and the challenges and problems faced by each center and department in day-to-day operations. During the meeting, General Manager Xu articulated the overarching strategy for the second half of the year: “One Core, Two Wings.” The “One Core” refers to the holistic enhancement of system‑wide management, while the “Two Wings” encompass domestic and international sales, channel expansion, external revenue generation, technological R&D, production assurance, and internal cost‑control. He placed particular emphasis on “governing the enterprise according to law and cultivating talent through culture,” aiming to build a resilient “iron triangle” team, a robust “iron triangle” market presence, and a well‑structured “iron triangle” product portfolio—clarifying both vision and action plans for the remainder of the year. All attendees unanimously agreed that they must strive to transform the company into a united and harmonious family, paving the way for Huangshi Sait’s leap‑forward development at an early date.

 

 

 

 

 

　　General Manager Xu also outlined the company’s vision for the future, discussing its strategic direction across multiple dimensions—including brand planning, transformative innovation, organizational and institutional development, cultural building, business model evolution, and capital management. His insights were clear, inspiring, and galvanized the morale of all the managers in attendance. In closing, General Manager Xu urged each center and department to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of this meeting, ensuring that objectives are cascaded down to every level and that action plans and measures are rigorously put into practice.
