Huangshi Sait has invested significant effort in on-site management.

　　On August 4, 2016, Huangshi Saite Friction Materials Co., Ltd. convened a mobilization meeting in the third-floor multi-purpose conference hall to elevate on-site management to the next level, and conducted an internal training session on advancing and optimizing Saite’s 5S initiative. The training was led by Mr. Xu Bo, General Manager of Saite, with participation from members of the company’s management team.

　　During the training, General Manager Xu first convened a mobilization meeting to advance 5S site management, energizing employees and boosting their enthusiasm. He then outlined specific requirements and recommendations for the company’s current on-site management practices, providing a detailed explanation of the rationale behind and strategies for strengthening 5S implementation. Following this, General Manager Xu used a PowerPoint presentation to systematically walk through the five core elements of 5S—Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain—along with key principles and practical methods for effective execution. He also placed particular emphasis on the “Sait 5S Site Management Implementation Regulations,” meticulously laying out plans and arrangements for advancing on-site management over the coming months. Finally, General Manager Xu established a corresponding reward-and-punishment framework for daily compliance and weekly feedback, encouraging all employees to unite, dedicate themselves to building a robust 5S system, strive for continuous improvement, and deliver concrete results—working together to transform Sait Company into a benchmark factory in the industry.
