　　The meeting was chaired by Liu Jian, Head of the Corporate Management Department. First, General Manager Xu Bo addressed the assembly, followed by summary reports from the heads of each center (department), who reviewed their work for the first half of 2016. Covering both achievements and shortcomings from the first six months and outlining plans for the second half, they provided a comprehensive update on the status of their respective areas of responsibility and the implementation of all directives. They carefully identified existing issues and gaps, clarified their strategic priorities, and presented detailed action plans for the remainder of the year. Overall, each center (department) demonstrated a rigorous, conscientious work ethic and employed practical, effective approaches to deliver high‑quality results, largely achieving the objectives set at the beginning of the year while also proposing solutions to address deficiencies in product manufacturing and company operations.

 

 

　　Manager Chen Hongmei of the Quality Assurance Department began with a summary report. She compared the company’s product quality losses across years and presented the proportion of quality‑related losses for each month in the first half of 2016. Ms. Chen then provided an overview of internal quality losses, external quality losses, incoming material inspection, and the operation of the quality management system, using data to objectively reflect both internal and external quality issues as well as the overall state of the system. She also candidly outlined her department’s achievements and identified areas for improvement during the first half of 2016, concluding with recommendations drawn from this experience to inform the second half of 2016 and help formulate a more comprehensive work plan.

 

 

　　Following this, Manager Lü Jianfan of the Equipment and Environmental Safety Department, Manager Liu Hongxing of the Procurement Department, and Manager Liu Jian of the Corporate Management Department each delivered remarks. Covering everything from the production workshops to the office building, and from manufacturing equipment to externally sourced materials, their presentations provided the attending managers with a comprehensive and systematic overview of the company’s mid- and upper-level management structure and operational status, thereby effectively fostering mutual understanding and collaboration across departments.

 

 

　　Following this, the heads of each center delivered summary remarks. The Marketing Center reviewed the first half of 2016, highlighting progress toward sales targets, details of cash collection, and key performance metrics, while identifying the challenges and issues encountered during the period and proposing corresponding solutions. Finally, it outlined a marketing action plan for the second half of the year. The Production Center provided a concise, data‑driven overview of the first‑half 2016 output value, summarizing the company’s production performance in the first six months. Meanwhile, the Technology Center presented a review of its technical activities in the first half of 2016, pinpointing areas for improvement and articulating future priorities and plans. It pledged to fully support the Sales and Production departments in product manufacturing and resolving technical challenges, and to conduct more technical visits and exchanges with partner manufacturers in the coming period.

 

 

　　Finally, the Business Management Center provided a more transparent overview of the company’s operations from the perspectives of people, finance, and materials, helping everyone gain a deeper understanding of the challenges faced in today’s sluggish economic environment. The center encouraged all employees to maintain a positive mindset, work diligently, and strive for even greater achievements. After listening to the presentations, General Manager Xu Bo expressed his gratitude for everyone’s hard work over the past six months and commended their accomplishments. He then conducted an in-depth analysis and summary of the issues confronting each center (department), the company’s current situation, and the broader macroeconomic landscape. He urged all staff to focus on their core responsibilities, remain pragmatic and ambitious, and work together to safeguard the company’s interests, with the goal of transforming Huangshi Sait into a united and harmonious family—thereby driving leap‑frog development for the company.

 

 

　　At the conclusion of the meeting, General Manager Xu presented feasible plans and strategies for each department’s work in the second half of 2016, clearly outlining the direction for the coming months. He emphasized that production, quality inspection, technical, and corporate management teams should ensure daily implementation of their tasks, and instructed the heads of all centers to develop specific action plans for the second half of the year, identifying at least six concrete initiatives across key areas such as cost control, quality, efficiency, safety, and on-site management. Each center is expected to systematically prioritize and execute these plans throughout the remainder of the year. Furthermore, the Marketing Center was urged to vigorously promote the company’s three major product lines—Huangmo, Jindun, and Tiandun—particularly the Chaofuhua and TMD products, targeting mid- to high-end markets and striving to carve out a new market presence for Huangshi Sait in the automotive components industry.
