Huangshi Saiter has successfully passed the system recertification audit.

　　On November 20, 2016, our company underwent its triennial ISO/TS 16949 recertification audit. Following three days of rigorous evaluation by the expert auditors, we successfully passed the quality management system audit and obtained a new certificate. The TÜV certification team’s experts stated that, after several consecutive days of assessment, Sete Company’s TS 16949 system was operating effectively and in full compliance with the standard requirements. They will continue to recommend registration to TÜV NORD headquarters and issue a new ISO/TS 16949 certificate.

 

 

　　The ISO/TS 16949 quality management system was developed by representatives of the International Automotive Task Force (IATF) and the ISO/TS 176 Quality Assurance Committee and its subcommittees. It incorporates quality‑engineering concepts, methods, and techniques widely recognized in the modern automotive industry, encompassing all the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 while adding additional stipulations that are more rigorous and standardized. Drawing on the best practices of European and American quality systems such as QS‑9000, its technical specifications simultaneously meet the demands of both the European and U.S. automotive sectors. As a benchmark for international automotive quality management, it represents the current highest standard and serves as a gateway for automakers and component suppliers to access global markets.

 

 

 

 

　　Over the past several years, while continuously accelerating technological innovation, Sait Company has made the consistent implementation of its quality management system an integral part of its daily operations. From the very beginning of its establishment, the company formulated a rigorous plan and set clear objectives for advancing quality improvement in accordance with the ISO/TS 16949 standard, integrating product development, manufacturing services, and on-site management processes into the system’s effective control framework. As a result, the ISO/TS 16949 quality management system has been comprehensively implemented and systematically advanced throughout the organization. In 1999, the company obtained ISO 9001 certification from the French international certification body BVQI, and subsequently, in 2002, successfully passed the audit conducted by Germany’s TÜV and received certification under the ISO/TS 16949 quality management system.

 

 

　　At this audit meeting, General Manager Xu Bo stated that the issues raised by the audit team must be taken seriously and promptly addressed. He also emphasized that this certificate‑renewal audit should serve as an opportunity to further strengthen quality management, ensure consistent product quality, optimize quality‑related costs, minimize quality‑related losses, and enhance economic performance. He underscored the importance of continuous improvement to comprehensively elevate the overall level of the company’s product quality and steadily bolster its market competitiveness.

　　Following the review, the expert panel fully commended Sait Company’s development and efforts over recent years, noting that, throughout the decades since obtaining its system certification, the company has consistently advanced its management philosophy and refined its management system. Its ISO/TS 16949 quality management system ensures that products meet customer requirements and achieve customer satisfaction; through effective management and internal audits, it identifies issues and drives continuous improvement; and the system’s operation complies with the requirements of the ISO/TS 16949 standard.
