In1926,theDanishLorenzCompany,oneoftheholdingcompaniesofHuangshiSaiteFrictionMaterialCo.,Ltd.(hereinafterreferredtoasSaiteCompany),begantoproducefrictionmaterials.Itisoneofthefirstcompaniesintheworldtoobtaintheoriginalmatchingapprovalfornon-asbestoscardiscbrakepadsandcommercialvehicledrumbrakepads;itisoneoftheimportantsuppliersofEuropeanautomobileandbrakemanufacturers.

1966

In1966,HuangshiSaifuFrictionMaterialCo.,Ltd.,theparentcompanyofSaiteCompany,wasestablished.Itisthelargestpowdermetallurgicalfrictionmaterialenterpriseinthecountry.Itmainlyproducescopper-based,iron-based,paper-based,carbon-basedandotherfrictionmaterials.Machinery,liftingmachinery,agriculturalmachinery,automobiles,trains,ships,machinetools,etc.
